RCR Haden Port Hedland have engaged the services of Health Building Systems Australia since January 2014 for their expertise in Mould Remediation and Mitigation works. We have engaged their services in a variety of ways from complete building remediation works to HVAC mitigation works. Which includes decontamination of split systems to refurbishment of HVAC package units. Healthy Building Systems are a safety driven company, which prides themselves with an excellent safety record.

Healthy Building Systems were contacted back in 2016 after attempts by other bacteria remediation companies failed to rectify issues that were affecting air condition within some of the air handling units within the Campus. Hayden York came to site within the week and was able to isolate the issues that were being overlooked by other companies. He was able to describe to me the cause of the bacteria and the reasons the air conditioning system and the building design was causing the issues we were experiencing.

WACHS received a quote to remediate and HBS was contracted to complete the works. As you can imagine working within the Hospital did cause some issues for the HBS workers and they were amazing, and the Campus staff were extremely impressed by their attitudes and help with keeping noise and dust to a minimum with the equipment they used and being able to complete within the time limits allowed.

Healthy Building Systems have been the main remediation contractors for not only the Campus but also housing for WACHS as we have found them to be very professional and able to resolve any issue, we may have in all aspects of building cleaning. Hayden is my main contact for any air conditioning issue for the East and West Pilbara, as I am now semi-retired and working for WACHS as an Infrastructure Consultant part time, l'm finding him as an invaluable resource for information as the buildings and air handling units within these facilities are ageing. I can not recommend Hayden and Health Building Systems enough as I have found them to be outstanding in this field of work.
