IAQ is the quality and nature of indoor air; this affects not only the health and mental wellbeing of your occupants but the lifecycle and ongoing efficiency of a building.
Growing environmental awareness logically has led to increased awareness of maintaining acceptable, clean and healthy IAQ levels. (Evidence shows humans who live in modern structures, with air conditioning ducted systems, are at 45% greater risk of falling ill and becoming affected by respiratory infections, over those who work and live in naturally ventilated areas).
IAQ impacts on people’s lives, their comfort, health and their wellbeing generally. It’s crucial to ensure only highly trained technicians investigate and mitigate an IAQ problem to make certain it’s rectified. After assessment and sampling (both air and surface) we will analyse the IAQ, produce a formal IAQ Report, both verbal and documented and generate a recommended scope of works.
